Job summary

Vettedlance seeks a Lead quality specialist for German AI training data. You will spot-check German outputs and reviewer work for grammar, tone, meaning, and cultural fit, helping the team stay aligned with a single standard.

You will track recurring issues, escalate critical ones, maintain style guides and calibration sets, and run onboarding calls for trainers and reviewers. Remote, part-time hourly contract with flexible 10-40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Native-level German with strong written English.
• Prior QA, editing, localization or team-lead experience.
• Clear, specific written feedback.
