Vettedlance is seeking a Lead Quality specialist for Spanish AI training data. You will spot-check outputs and reviewer work for grammar, tone, meaning and cultural fit, keeping the team aligned to one standard.

You will track recurring issues, turn them into clearer guidelines, maintain style guides, FAQs, examples and calibration sets, and run onboarding calls for trainers and reviewers.

Qualifications

Native-level Spanish with strong written English.
Prior QA, editing, localization or team-lead experience.
Clear, specific written feedback.
Most projects require living in a country where the language is spoken.
