Job summary

speakit in Greece is seeking a German Customer Support Consultant to join our dynamic team. You will communicate with subscribers via chat and phone, helping with payments and resolving streaming issues.

Relocation to Greece is supported and the role is Athens-based with a work-from-home option. The successful candidate will have German fluency, strong English, a customer-care mindset and be eligible to relocate within the EU.

Qualifications

• German language fluency required.
• Proficient English (C1/C2).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 6 months of customer care experience.
• General understanding of online marketing products/services.
• EU passport and relocation to Greece.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with subscribers via chat and phone.
• Answer how-to questions about payments.
• Troubleshoot streaming and content issues.
• Assist subscribers with how-to questions and navigating Netflix.
