We are looking for fans of TV shows with strong German and English skills, ready to relocate to Greece and work from Athens with a flexible work-from-home policy. Training and an international, multicultural environment await.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in German.
• C1/C2 level English required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 6 months of customer care experience.
• Understanding of online marketing products/services.
• EU passport required.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece.

Responsabilités

• Communicate with subscribers via chat and phone.
• Answer how-to questions about payments.
• Troubleshoot streaming and content issues.
• Assist subscribers with how-to questions and navigation on Netflix.
