Welocalize, Inc. seeks a Data Labeling Associate (German Speakers) to join the team onsite in multiple U.S. cities. You will evaluate AI outputs, perform audits, and help improve model behavior, applying guidelines thoughtfully and communicating insights to cross-functional teams.

Requirements include native German, at least a Bachelor's degree, B2 English, and 1–2 years of structured writing experience, with a focus on data quality and GenAI safety considerations.

Qualifications

• Native German language required
• English proficiency at B2 or higher
• 1–2 years of professional writing experience
• Ability to apply complex writing rules and guidelines
• Experience with safety considerations in GenAI data delivery (2+ years)

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI model outputs and provide structured, high-quality feedback
• Perform audit-based reviews of data and model behavior
• Apply guidelines thoughtfully and flag incongruities with real-world scenarios
• Contribute to improving evaluation frameworks
• Identify trends in model performance and communicate insights clearly
• Participate in team discussions, calibrations, and stakeholder syncs
• Collaborate with leads and cross-functional teams to refine quality standards
• Document findings in a clear, concise, actionable way
