Welocalize, Inc. is seeking a Data Labeling Associate (German speakers) to join our on-site team in the United States. You will evaluate AI outputs, provide high-quality feedback, and help refine evaluation processes.

The role requires native German, strong English (B2+), and 1–2 years of writing experience. It is a full-time, on-site position with a pay rate of $34 per hour, located in Boston or nearby cities.

Qualifications

• German language at native level and a university degree required.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• 1–2 years of professional writing experience with structured writing skills.
• Ability to apply complex writing rules consistently.
• Safety considerations in GenAI data delivery with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI model outputs and provide structured, high-quality feedback.
• Perform audit-based reviews of data and model behavior, identifying patterns and edge cases.
• Apply guidelines thoughtfully and flag misalignments with real-world scenarios.
• Contribute to evaluating frameworks and improve quality standards.
• Identify trends in model performance and communicate insights clearly.
• Participate in team discussions, calibrations, and stakeholder syncs.
• Collaborate with leads and cross-functional teams to refine standards.
• Document findings in a clear, actionable way.
