Job summary

Welocalize, Inc. is hiring a Data Quality Analyst to sit onsite across multiple U.S. locations, including Burlingame. You will audit DLA outputs, provide guidance, and help maintain strict quality standards within fast-moving AI data workflows.

A 1-year contract with potential extension is offered, with no visa sponsorship. The role requires 2–4 years in data annotation or QA, native English and a university degree. Candidates must be able to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in data annotation, content quality, QA, or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree and native-level English proficiency.
• Ability to interpret evolving guidelines with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Audit DLA outputs and provide actionable feedback to improve accuracy.
• Support day-to-day execution and onboarding of new DLAs.
• Guide DLAs in applying guidelines to real-world tasks.
• Identify patterns and edge cases in outputs from humans and models.
• Calibrate team processes and participate in stakeholder syncs.
• Document findings clearly for cross-functional teams.
