Job summary

The Staff Physician at AltaMed Health Services Corp delivers comprehensive primary care to participants in AltaMed's PACE program. You will work within the Interdisciplinary Team across settings including the PACE center, homes, and SNFs, coordinating care to promote wellness and regulatory compliance.

The role requires board-certified or eligible status in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Geriatrics, CA license, DEA and BLS, with salary range shown and opportunities

Qualifications

• Board-certified or eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Geriatrics.
• Active California medical license to practice medicine.
• Current DEA license.
• BLS certification or higher per AHA/Red Cross guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive primary care to PACE participants.
• Coordinate care with IDT and specialists.
• Manage a defined participant panel across multiple settings (PACE center, homes, virtual, SNFs).
