Job summary

AltaMed Health Services is seeking a Staff Physician to provide comprehensive primary care for participants in the PACE program. You will be part of the Interdisciplinary Team, delivering patient-centered, regulated care across the PACE center, patients' homes, virtual visits, and SNFs.

The role requires board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Geriatrics, plus an active CA medical license and DEA license, with EMR experience and a valid

Qualifications

• Board-certified or eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Geriatrics.
• Active unrestricted CA medical license to practice medicine by the Medical Board of California.
• Current DEA license required.
• A valid BLS certification or higher per AHA/Red Cross guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive primary care to PACE participants.
• Work within the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Coordinate care with specialists and IDT members.
• Manage care across settings including PACE center, homes, virtual visits, and SNFs.
