Protouch Staffing in Brockton, MA seeks a dedicated Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to provide comprehensive geriatric care in skilled nursing, assisted living, memory care, and post-acute settings. The role features a flexible round-and-go schedule, clinical independence, and the potential for Medical Directorships.

You will manage acute and chronic conditions, coordinate with nurses, NPs, PAs, and other clinicians, visit facilities about twice weekly, and participate in limited call coverage.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with training in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics.
• Active or eligible MA Medical license.
• Active DEA license.
• Geriatrics, post-acute, or skilled nursing experience preferred.
• New graduates with geriatrics or post-acute exposure may be considered.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsabilités

• Provide primary care to geriatric and post-acute patients.
• Manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Conduct examinations, manage medications, and order labs/imaging.
• Coordinate care with nurses, NPs, PAs, and other healthcare professionals.
• Visit assigned facilities approximately twice per week.
• Participate in limited rotation-based call coverage.
• Opportunity to serve as Medical Director for assigned facilities.
