Job summary

Providence PACE in Portland, Oregon is seeking a full-time Physician to join our interdisciplinary team providing comprehensive geriatric and palliative care. The role includes care across clinic and community settings, with strong collaboration among physicians, nurse practitioners, social workers, pharmacists, and mental health clinicians.

Ideal candidates have post-graduate experience with geriatric patients and value team-based care.

Qualifications

• 1 year of post-graduate clinical experience working with a geriatric population preferred.
• Training and/or experience in palliative care and/or hospice valuable.

Responsibilities

• Provide care in a variety of settings, including community-based and outpatient clinics.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, nurse care managers, social workers, pharmacists, psychiatric/mental health clinicians, therapists, and other interdisciplinary team members.
• Join a team dedicated to the health, dignity, and well-being of older adults.
