Job summary

Providence PACE is seeking a full-time Physician to join our Portland, Oregon team, focusing on geriatric primary care with strong interest in palliative care. Join an interdisciplinary program delivering comprehensive care across medical, behavioral health, and social services to older adults.

Qualifications

• One year of post-graduate clinical experience working with a geriatric population preferred
• Training and/or experience in palliative care and/or hospice valuable
• Ability to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of physicians, nurse practitioners, social workers, pharmacists, and therapists

Responsibilities

• Full-time at 1.0 FTE, Monday to Friday, daytime hours
• Care provided in a variety of settings, primarily community-based but also outpatient clinics
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, nurse care managers, social workers, pharmacists, psychiatric/mental health clinicians, therapists, and other interdisciplinary team members
