Job summary

Providence PACE is seeking a full-time Physician to join our Portland, Oregon team. This role emphasizes geriatric primary care within an interdisciplinary framework, with strong interest or experience in geriatrics and palliative care.

Care is provided in outpatient clinics and home/community settings, collaborating with a wide care team to support older adults' independence and well-being. A PSLF-friendly nonprofit employer awaits dedicated providers.

Qualifications

• One year of post-graduate clinical experience working with a geriatric population preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care to older adults in diverse settings including outpatient clinics, home visits and community-based facilities.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, social workers, pharmacists and other interdisciplinary team members.
• Deliver comprehensive, person-centered care within Providence PACE's integrated model.
