Oak Street Health is seeking a Primary Care Physician in Kansas City, MO to deliver equitable, value-based care for local Medicare populations. You will work with a large care team in a center-focused model that emphasizes outcomes and preventive medicine.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine or board eligible.
• Active, state medical license without probation.
• DEA license required.
• US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose patients at our local clinics.
• Oversee, direct, and administer primary care.
• Prescribe and manage medications as appropriate.
• Maintain electronic medical records per Canopy and Greenway.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to meet quality goals.
• Lead center care team with Practice Managers.
• Other duties as assigned.
