Qualifications

• MD or DO degree and board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Active, unrestricted State Medical License in the U.S.
• Active DEA license.
• US work authorization required.
• Fellowship in Geriatrics preferred.
• Experience with value-based care and geriatric populations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose patients at local clinics.
• Oversee, direct, and administer primary care.
• Prescribe and manage medications.
• Maintain Electronic Medical Record data.
• Collaborate with leadership to meet health quality goals.
• Direct and manage the center care team with Practice Managers.
• Other duties as assigned.
