Qualifications

• Assist licensed nursing staff in patient care across preventive, acute, sub-acute, maintenance, and hospice needs.
• Perform wide range of personal care and chart activities regularly on the hospice unit.
• Document care, observations, and responses using appropriate forms.
• Respond to subtle patient changes by communicating with the health care team.
