Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care for patients/residents with acute to chronic conditions.
• Make observations of subtle changes in resident's condition and take action accordingly within the NA role.
• Document care, observations and responses on appropriate forms and charts.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and participate in infection control and safety protocols.
• Participate in Treatment Planning Meetings and communicate with the treatment team.
