Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to empower adult and geriatric patients through compassionate, patient-centered therapy. You will assess, diagnose, and treat communication, cognition, and swallowing goals in a collaborative clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or license eligible in state of practice.
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and provide personalized speech therapy to improve communication, cognition, and swallowing.
• Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans for speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing goals.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions to support functional independence in adults and geriatric patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support outcomes and continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, monitor progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
