Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work required.
• Clinical license as Washington Independent Social Worker Associate or temporary license upon hire.
• Other license options listed upon hire (including full- and temporary-licenses).
• 1 year of work experience with geriatric population; 2 years with geriatric age groups from diverse ethnic cultures.

Responsibilities

• Provide social work services to participants in direct service activities within the Center.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans addressing social, emotional, cognitive, and ethnic factors.
• Access community and financial resources; ensure continuity of care across the continuum.
