Qualifications
- Master's degree in social work required.
- Clinical license as Washington Independent Social Worker Associate or temporary license upon hire.
- Other license options listed upon hire (including full- and temporary-licenses).
- 1 year of work experience with geriatric population; 2 years with geriatric age groups from diverse ethnic cultures.
Responsibilities
- Provide social work services to participants in direct service activities within the Center.
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans addressing social, emotional, cognitive, and ethnic factors.
- Access community and financial resources; ensure continuity of care across the continuum.
