Job summary

Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to provide patient-centered therapy for adults and the geriatric population in Alabama. You will evaluate patients, design individualized treatment plans, deliver evidence-based interventions for communication and swallowing, and document progress while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or license eligible in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathologist program.
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and provide personalized speech therapy services for adults and geriatric patients.
• Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans for speech, language, cognition, and swallowing goals.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions to support functional independence.
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams to support outcomes and continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and monitor patient progress.
