Qualifications

• Must have a valid professional license and registration for state of FL.
• Provide treatment under supervision of Physical Therapist.
• Experience with long-term care and/or geriatric care preferred.
• Well versed with documentation writing.
• Document patient progress on weekly progress notes.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to provide patient-centered care.
• Professionalism and exceptional patient service.
• Adhere to scheduled hours and confidentiality.

Responsabilités

• Carry out best-practice treatments under PT supervision.
• Provide feedback to supervising PT via documentation.
• Document patient progress in weekly notes in a timely fashion.
