Mercy is seeking a Physical Therapist to evaluate and design treatment plans for adults and seniors under Therapy Leadership. The role includes supervising rehab staff and ensuring care complies with Mercy standards.

A degree in Physical Therapy and active licensure are required, with BLS certification also expected. Preference given to candidates with 6–12 months of rehab experience and familiarity with geriatric care.

Qualifications

• Current BLS certification.
• Active licensure as Physical Therapist in state of practice.
• Degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelor, Master or DPT).

Responsabilités

• Perform objective assessments and develop comprehensive individualized treatment plans for adult and geriatric patients.
• Supervise rehabilitation technicians and PT assistants in accordance with state practice acts.
• Ensure care aligns with Mercy policies, mission, and service standards.
