Job summary

Mercy here in Missouri is seeking a Rehabilitation Physical Therapist to lead assessments and create comprehensive treatment plans for adult and geriatric patients. You will supervise patients and rehab staff, aligned with Mercy standards and policies.

Qualifications include a PT license in good standing and current BLS certification. Six months to one year of preferred rehab experience with adults and the elderly is ideal. A sign-on bonus of $15,000 is offered and Mercy provides strong benefits.

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice
• Current BLS certification
• Real-world experience in adult and geriatric rehab preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform objective assessments and develop individualized treatment programs for adults and geriatrics.
• Provide direct supervision to patients and indirect supervision to rehabilitation technicians.
• Supervise PT assistants under state practice acts.
