Job summary

Mercy Health System is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide objective assessments and individualized therapy for adult and geriatric patients. Under Therapy Leadership, you will supervise patients, rehab technicians, and PT assistants, delivering care aligned with Mercy standards.

Education includes a Doctorate or MS in Physical Therapy, with current licensure in the state. A $15,000 sign-on bonus is offered; BLS certification is required and must be current before independent patient care.

Qualifications

• Current/Temporary license of Physical Therapy in state of practice.
• BLS certified. Required certifications must be current before assigned to care for patients independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform objective assessments and develop comprehensive individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients.
• Direct supervision to patients and indirect supervision of rehabilitation technicians; supervise PT assistants as per State Practice Acts.
