Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality occupational therapy services under supervision.
• Help residents improve independence with ADLs and functional mobility.
• Implement individualized treatment plans based on resident needs and goals.
• Provide interventions to improve strength, coordination, function, and independence.
• Monitor and document resident progress and communicate changes to the supervising therapist and care team.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, physicians, and other team members to support resident-centered care.
• Encourage residents throughout rehabilitation while promoting dignity, safety and quality of life.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with policies.
