San Bruno Skilled Nursing in San Bruno, CA is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our in-house rehabilitation team. The role focuses on helping older residents regain independence and improve quality of life through individualized ADL and mobility interventions.

• Monitor and document resident progress and communicate changes to supervising therapist and care team.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, physicians and other team members to support resident-centered care.
• Encourage residents and promote dignity, safety and quality of life.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation per requirements and policies.

Position Details

• Pay: Starting at $49.00-$50.00 per hour
• Schedule: Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN opportunities available

What You'll Do
