Job summary

San Bruno Skilled Nursing is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our in-house rehabilitation team in San Bruno, CA. You will provide OT services, focus on ADLs, functional mobility, and individualized plans under supervision.

A compassionate approach and teamwork with nurses and physicians are essential. Starting pay ranges $49.00–$50.00 per hour with full-time, part-time and PRN options.

Qualifications

• Licensed COTA in California is required.
• Experience in geriatric rehabilitation preferred.
• Strong collaboration with nursing and therapy teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality occupational therapy services under supervision.
• Help residents improve ADLs and functional mobility.
• Implement individualized treatment plans based on goals.
• Monitor progress and document changes for the supervising therapist.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, physicians and care team.
