Job summary

Burlingame-Skilled-Nursing seeks a qualified Occupational Therapy Assistant to deliver direct patient care under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist. You will document treatment plans, support therapy sessions, and assist in scheduling and coordinating services.

You will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, contribute to professional development, and help educate staff and families to ensure high-quality rehab outcomes for geriatric patients.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AOTA approved Occupational Therapist Assistant program.
• Experience in geriatric rehabilitation preferred.
• Experience in adult neurological, cardiac, and general rehabilitation preferred.
• Current Certification/State Licensure as required; CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care under the direction of a registered Occupational Therapist.
• Completes documentation according to established procedures.
• Involves in support duties as assigned and contributes to professional development.
