Job summary

San Bruno Skilled Nursing in San Bruno, CA is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our in-house rehab team. You will provide direct patient care under OTR supervision to support resident independence and functional mobility.

Qualifications

• Current, valid California COTA License.

Responsibilities

• Functional Goals: Empower residents to regain Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and functional mobility.
• Collaboration: Partner with a multidisciplinary team to execute personalized care plans with a patient-first focus.
