Sobe Innovative Rehab in Oakland Park, FL is seeking a licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a PRN role to provide outpatient geriatric therapy within an assisted living community.

You will implement prescribed treatments, monitor progress, and collaborate with physicians and families while maintaining meticulous documentation and staying flexible with assignments.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Active Florida COTA license.
• Two years of clinical experience preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled occupational therapy treatments under the plan of care.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional independence.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation.
• Provide any necessary treatment equipment or devices.
