Christian Living Communities | Cappella Living Solutions seeks a Registered Nurse in Colorado to oversee resident care in a long-term care setting. You will plan, organize, and evaluate care in line with laws and policies, and collaborate with the care team.

Responsibilities include coordinating with staff and physicians, maintaining care plans, administering meds, and supervising ancillary personnel. A Colorado RN license and geriatrics training are required; prior LTC supervisory experience is

Qualifications

• Colorado RN license in good standing is required.
• Geriatrics training is preferred.
• 1-year LTC experience is preferred.
• 1-year supervisory experience is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word/Outlook).
• English language reading/writing/speaking required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with nursing staff, physician, pharmacist, and family on resident status.
• Maintain accurate Resident Care Plans.
• Prepare, administer, and document medications per orders.
• Document and report patient care issues as required.
• Supervise ancillary personnel and initiate corrective action as needed.
