Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is seeking an RN Supervisor in Pueblo, CO to coordinate patient care and services. You will work collaboratively with patients and families to ensure care meets legal and Life Care standards, leading licensed staff and CNAs in prioritizing needs.

The role requires an active RN license, an Associate’s or BSN, and at least 2 years of nursing experience (geriatric experience preferred). CPR certification must be current; orientation training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited college or university.
• Two (2) years’ nursing experience; geriatric experience preferred.
• Must hold an active RN license and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, monitor, and evaluate patient care and services.
• Direct licensed staff and CNAs in prioritizing patient care needs.
• Assess patients’ needs and develop plans of care.
