Christian Living Communities | Cappella Living Solutions in Colorado is seeking a Colorado-licensed Practical Nurse dedicated to relationship-based, resident-centered care in a community setting.

You will organize, direct, and implement resident care in line with standards and regulations, upholding a citizenship culture that values ownership, communication, dignity, and independence among residents and staff.

Competenze

• 1 year of long-term care facility experience preferred.
• IV and CPR certifications required/preferred.
• Must read, write and speak English clearly.
• Strong customer service skills and basic computer skills.

Mansioni

• Attend Resident Care conferences and maintain care plans.
• Prepare, administer, and document medications per orders; replace expired meds.
• Document care issues and report to relevant staff.
• Supervise and direct ancillary personnel.
