Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a geriatric setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the evaluation and treatment of patients under direction of a licensed physical therapist.
• Implement individualized treatment plans to help patients improve their mobility, strength, and overall physical function.
• Monitor and document patient progress and communicate updates to the physical therapist and healthcare team.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and activities to improve their condition.
• Collaborate with other therapists and healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Adhere to all facility policies and procedures.
