Flagship Therapy in Santa Rosa, CA is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our in-house rehab program. You will deliver rehabilitative care to geriatric patients under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, applying evidence-based modalities and manual techniques to improve mobility and function.

Responsibilities

• Apply evidence-based practices to support clinical interventions.
• Provide rehabilitative treatment under Physical Therapist supervision.
• Administer rehabilitation procedures and assist with ambulation and exercises.
• Collaborate with supervising Physical Therapist to adjust treatments as required by regulations and clinical practice.
• Offer consultation and counseling to patients, families, and other service providers regarding physical disorders.
