Flagship Therapy in West Seattle, WA is seeking Occupational Therapists for full-time and PRN roles in our in-house rehab program. You will evaluate patients with physical functioning disorders, develop care plans, and deliver skilled rehabilitation in a supportive team environment.

• Occupational Therapist license required.
• Open to OTs at all experience levels; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care; develop care plans.
• Deliver rehabilitative and medically necessary treatment interventions.
• Assist with patient transfers, ambulation, and use of devices; ensure manual techniques and modalities are applied appropriately.
• Provide counseling to patients and families regarding physical disorders; coordinate with other care providers.
• Generate discharge summaries in compliance with regulatory and clinical requirements.
