Job summary

Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) seeks a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide compassionate, patient-centered therapy to adult and geriatric patients in a collaborative clinical setting. You will support PTs, implement treatment plans and monitor progress to improve mobility and independence.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in state of practice or eligible for licensure
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized physical therapy under the direction of a Physical Therapist
• Implement patient-centered treatment plans to support recovery, safety and long-term goals
• Deliver hands-on therapy to improve mobility, endurance and quality of life for adult and geriatric patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support outcomes and continuity of care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and monitor patient progress
