Job summary

Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver patient-centered therapy to adults and seniors. You’ll work under a Physical Therapist to improve mobility, safety, and independence in a collaborative clinical setting.

The role emphasizes individualized treatment planning, hands-on care, and ongoing documentation to track progress and outcomes, with a focus on geriatric rehabilitation and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (state license or eligible)
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized physical therapy under the direction of a Physical Therapist to help patients improve mobility, strength, balance and functional independence
• Implement patient-centered treatment plans designed to support recovery, safety, pain management, and long-term rehabilitation goals
• Deliver hands-on therapy interventions that enhance movement, endurance and overall quality of life for adult and geriatric patients
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support strong patient outcomes and continuity of care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on individual rehabilitation needs
