Job summary

Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to provide patient-centered physical therapy for adult and geriatric patients. You will work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to improve mobility, balance and independence in a collaborative clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Licensed PTA in the state of practice is required.
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy.
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy under the direction of a Physical Therapist to improve mobility and independence.
• Implement patient-centered treatment plans to support recovery and safety.
• Deliver hands-on therapy to enhance movement and functional outcomes for adult/geriatric patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and nursing staff to support strong patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and monitor progress to adjust plans as needed.
