Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to provide patient-centered physical therapy to adult and geriatric populations in a collaborative clinical setting. You will support independence, mobility, safety and quality of life through personalized treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist.

Qualifications

• Licensed PTA in the state of practice or eligible for licensure.
• Graduated from an accredited PTA program.

Responsibilities

• Provide PT services under supervision to improve mobility, strength, balance and independence.
• Implement patient-centered plans to support recovery, safety, pain management and rehab goals.
• Deliver hands-on therapy to enhance movement and quality of life for adults and seniors.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and track progress to adjust treatment plans.
