Job summary

Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide compassionate geriatric therapy during home visits in Mount Dora, FL. This PRN role offers flexible scheduling and a focus on aging in place with autonomy to select assignments.

Eligible candidates hold a Florida PTA license with an Associate degree and may have 2 years of clinical experience, though it's not required. Pay is per treatment with dedicated collaboration across a care team.

Qualifications

• Active Florida PTA license.
• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Two years of clinical experience preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the plan of care.
• Help patients improve mobility, function, and independence.
