Sobe Innovative Rehab in Heathrow, FL is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to provide geriatric therapy in an Assisted Living setting on a PRN basis.

This PRN role offers $50 per treatment (5-unit visit) with a flexible schedule in one location, minimizing driving between homes. You will deliver skilled PT services, document clearly, and coordinate with physicians and families.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license.
• Two years of clinical experience preferred (not required).

Responsibilities
