Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide geriatric therapy in home settings, improving mobility and independence for residents in Lauderdale Lakes, FL. This PRN role offers autonomy and the ability to select assignments that fit your schedule.

Responsibilities include executing skilled treatments under a plan of care, documenting accurately, and collaborating with physicians and families to optimize outcomes. Florida PTA license required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active Florida PTA license.
• Two years of clinical experience preferred (not required).

Responsibilities
