Sobe Innovative Rehab, a home-visit outpatient therapy provider, seeks a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for geriatric therapy in Rockledge, FL. This PRN role offers flexible visits with pay of $65 per 4-unit treatment to support residents in aging in place.

Responsibilities include skilled PT treatments under the plan of care, mobility improvement, and coordination with physicians, families, and the care team, with thorough documentation of each visit.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active Florida PTA license.
• Two years of clinical experience preferred (not required).
