Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a PRN role in Hollywood, FL. You’ll provide geriatric-focused PT services in an assisted living setting, with flexible visits and autonomy in your schedule.

This position offers competitive per-visit pay, a single-site assignment, and collaborative support from a full care team to help residents maintain independence.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active Florida PTA license.
• Two years of clinical experience preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the plan of care
• Help patients improve mobility, function, and independence
• Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and the care team
• Complete accurate, timely documentation
