Job summary

Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to empower adult and geriatric patients through compassionate, patient-centered care. You’ll work under a PT to optimize mobility, safety and independence in a collaborative clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state of practice or license eligible.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized physical therapy under the direction of a Physical Therapist to help patients improve mobility, independence and balance.
• Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans to support recovery and functional goals.
• Deliver hands-on therapy to enhance movement and quality of life for adult and geriatric patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support outcomes and continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and monitor patient progress.
