Eventus WholeHealth seeks licensed mental health clinicians to provide recovery‑oriented care in long‑term care settings. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to improve the quality of life for residents in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities.

Responsibilities include assessing residents with consent, developing and updating treatment plans, documenting psychotherapy sessions within 48 hours, and communicating with physicians and facility staff.

Competenze

• Doctoral degree in psychology and valid psychologist license in the practising state.
• Master's degree in social work with current license to practice in the state.

Mansioni

• Assess residents with consent to determine needs and develop treatment plans.
• Consult with primary care physician, family, facility staff, and Eventus WholeHealth support staff as needed.
• Document treatment plans, psychotherapy sessions, and updates within 48 hours for inclusion in medical records.
• Meet with the Resident Care Coordinator or designated staff to review care needs and communicate findings.
• Maintain open communications with facility staff and provide instructions regarding treatment plans and other pertinent information.
• Adhere to Eventus WholeHealth policies, HIPAA rules, and all regulatory requirements; maintain professional conduct.
