Eventus WholeHealth delivers an integrated care model for adults in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. We seek a licensed psychotherapist (LCSW/LISW/LPCC/LCMHC/LMFT) to provide recovery-oriented services in group or individual settings.

You will join a multidisciplinary team caring for residents with anxiety, depression, and complex mental illness, improving quality of life through evidence-based care.

Formación

• Psychologists-Doctoral degree from an accredited educational institution and a current license as a doctoral-level Psychologist and Health Services Provider issued by the state in which you will practice, required.
• Therapists- Master’s degree in social work, and a current license to practice in the state in which you will practice, required.
• Knowledge of assessment techniques, psychotherapy techniques, population–specific interventions, and delivering care following treatment plan.
• Knowledge of how to use diagnostic tools and the current edition of the DSM.
• Knowledge of rules and regulations governing psychotherapy practice.

Responsabilidades

• Assess residents with valid consent to determine needs and develop treatment plans.
• Consult with residents' primary care physician, family, facility staff and support staff as needed.
• Document treatment plans, psychotherapy sessions, and updates within 48 hours for medical records.
• Meet with facility staff on arrival/departure to review care needs and communicate findings.
• Maintain open communications with facility staff and provide treatment feedback.
• Adhere to Eventus WholeHealth standards, procedures, and regulatory rules; protect confidentiality.
• Consult with the clinical supervisor on unfamiliar cases.
