Job summary

Eventus WholeHealth seeks licensed clinicians to provide recovery‑oriented rehabilitation in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. You will work with residents across a range of mental health needs, collaborating with physicians, nurses, and support staff to deliver compassionate, evidence‑based care.

Responsibilities include creating treatment plans, documenting progress, and coordinating with facility teams while maintaining HIPAA and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of assessment techniques and psychotherapy approaches, and DSM.
• Knowledge of rules and regulations governing psychotherapy practice.
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Experience delivering care per an established treatment plan.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Consult with primary care physicians, family, and facility staff as needed.
• Document treatment plans and psychotherapy sessions within 48 hours.
• Coordinate with facility care teams and relay findings to appropriate staff.
• Adhere to Eventus WholeHealth policies, HIPAA, and regulatory requirements.
