Eventus WholeHealth seeks a licensed clinician to deliver recovery-oriented rehabilitation services in group or individual settings for residents in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans, coordinate with facility staff, and ensure documentation meets policy timelines while upholding HIPAA and ethical standards.

Competenze

• Doctoral degree and state license for psychologists.
• Master's degree in social work with clinical licensure.
• Knowledge of DSM and psychotherapy regulation.

Mansioni

• Assess residents with consent to determine needs and create treatment plans.
• Consult with primary care physician, family, and staff as needed.
• Document treatment plans, sessions, and updates within 48 hours for medical records.
• Coordinate with facility staff to review care needs on arrival/departure.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and professional standards in all communications.
